Our Commitment

All dispatch-ready products undergo thorough quality checks. We evaluate our seeds on various parameters to ensure full customer satisfaction. However, in the rare event that you are not completely satisfied with the product you receive, please follow the procedure below.

Eligibility for Return

• You can raise a return or replacement request within 7 days of receiving your shipment.

• Products must be in their original, unused condition with packaging intact.

• Returns will not be entertained after 7 days from the delivery date.

Replacement Policy

We offer replacements, not refunds. Replacements will be issued under the following circumstances:

• Wrong product delivered.

• Product damaged or lost in transit before delivery.

• Package received in a tampered or bad condition.

• Product does not match the description on the website.

Refunds are not applicable under standard return conditions. A full refund (including shipping) will be processed only if we have sent you an incorrect item.

How to Raise a Request

• Contact us via email at support@nidhiseed.com within 7 days of delivery.

• Mention your order number, product name, and the reason for the return.

• Attach photographs of the product and packaging clearly showing the issue.

• Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 working days.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved, you will be required to ship the product back to us at the address below. Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer and are non-refundable.
